- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
- Custom Orders: Custom and personalized jewelry may take additional time to process. Production times for custom orders will be specified on the product page or during checkout. Custom items are not eligible for expedited shipping.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping options to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner. Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location, shipping carrier, and unforeseen circumstances.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days from the date of shipment.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days from the date of shipment. Additional charges apply for expedited shipping.
- Overnight Shipping: Next-day delivery, available for an additional fee. Available only for orders placed before 12 PM (noon) EST.
Note: These are estimated delivery times, and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Actual delivery may vary due to factors such as carrier delays or inclement weather.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order, as well as your shipping address.
- Free Shipping: We occasionally offer promotions that include free standard shipping. Please refer to the specific promotion details for eligibility requirements.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to locations within the United States.
- International Shipping: At this time, DIAMONDGLITTZ does not offer international shipping. If you are located outside of the United States and would like to inquire about shipping options, please contact us at info@diamondglittz.com.

- Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damaged packaging and products so we can assist with filing a claim and arranging for a replacement or refund.

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
